For example "ATTESTATION" is not a term routinely found in business in America these days. It is correct as far as grammar is concerned, but not common usage. The only people I know of you sign an ATTESTATION for is the IRS. It's so if you have a tax return started but aren't there to physically sign the return when the customer comes back to finish it, somebody else can sign it for you and file it with your ATTESTATION.
That whole thing is a total scam though.
