With Blue as my top thread and Yellow in the Bobbin, I did a large meander around the poinsettia shapes on the bottom sashing. I made sure I didnt come to close or connect with the side seams.

Once finshed I flip it over to admire the resulting design on the front sashing.

I will be using the previous steps to attach these two units together tomorrow with a long piece of vertical sashing. Now Im going to try and write out the mathematical formula I used to figure my sashing on paper. So I can answer JeanieG's question. BBL
