I joined a block-a-week sew-along on 1-1-12, and the group is working through Carol Doak's book 50 Fabulous Paper Pieced Stars. Many of the participants are doing all 50 stars (one named for each state) but I wanted to make a lap quilt. Here is my top, another scrappy batik waiting to be quilted. Thanks for looking.
