On my computer I can save a copy of a picture into a file for "Email or Web" this folder or picture file can adjust the size of picture so it can be uploaded or sent easily. Older computer did not have this capability, which is why many may be using older computers and not able to do this either.
I also skip pictures if they take too long to load. My patience is short also.
