Default Biscuit or Puff quilt question

I am currently working on a biscuit quilt and am ready to start stuffing them. I am stumped as to how full I am supposed to stuff them! If you have made one, can you tell me if you stuffed the squares until they were slightly firm or did you leave them squishy? I'm not going to stuff them like I would a pin cushion or a stuffed animal. I'm sure that would be too firm. I bought some really nice polyfill at Joann's ($8/bag) It is Silky Soft by Fairfield and it is labeled "Ultra Plush Fiber" http://www.fairfieldworld.com/produc...ster-fiberfill It has a wonderful silky feel to it. My concern is that if I stuff it too little, it will become really flat after I wash it. I just don't know what is the right amount!!!
