Gai Gai used to be a member on this Board. The fabric is called CP 28995 Floral Master, and it is made by Springs Creative Products Group LLC.
I just found it on the Joann site but it says no longer available! So sorry. Maybe you can find it on eBay.
Many fabrics are suitable, but you need to get the book by Maxine Rosenthal, "One Block Wonders Encore". There is no way to figure this out without the book.
