Microsoft Paint is on everybody's PC (I'm not knowledgeable about Macs), and makes it easy to resize pics. I've written a PDF file with instructions. Hope they are clear, but if not, please let me know so I can change them.

(Do you ever get emails with photos so large you have to scroll side to side and up and down, and still aren't sure what you're looking at? I may send the PDF to some people I know.
