Dehydrator ideas?
I bought a used dehydrator a few months ago, and it saved our lives when I was given 20 pounds of onions! I keep hoping to find "That" deal on produce so I can put it up, but I haven't found anything yet. I've had luck dehydrating everything I've tried so far. I'm out of ideas. I love dried fruit and I had luck with "sun dried" tomatoes but haven't quite figured out how or why to dry other vegetables.
We don't eat meat so no "jerky" ideas please! But anything else is welcome!
