I do fruit leather from a frozen bag of strawberries i have done corn zuchinni and gawd knows what else threw the years I know there are recipe books out there I have an excalibur dehydrator it has vegtables at 135 and fruits at 130 temps but no recipe book, when I did things years past I think I just went by feel of the fruits and vegtables probably over dried vegtables for soup and such.
