You could either scan or take a picture of one of the charms and then search
http://www.findmyfabric.com/ by uploading the picture of the charm. I tried to do it for you by cropping one of blocks but I didn't get any hits. I've had good success using that site. It might be able to tell you what line the fabric is from.
