If you are looking for user friendly, brothers are probably the best way to go, there manuals are better written and they have less complications than some of the other brands. My dealer sells brothers, babylocks, pfaffs, and berninas and they get less problems from the brother customer because the circuitry on the others he says is more complicated. Dealer support is the best way to go.
