Probably could use styrofoam but find some of that smoother stuff. I don't like the texture of styrofoam but could put a veneer of clay or thick paint over the face (that's really the only part that shows).

I drafted a design with a giant star in the center for the quilt that will just be navy, then the white around that, then the background of the star I was planning the cowboys fabric that's a dark blue with like, lightning, then a border of white that just says cowboys all over it, or just plain white, not sure... I dunno it's going to have so much cowboys it'll be vomiting cowboys. But he loved the draft I made. I'm thinking for the gnome I will just embroider a little cowboys star on the shirt and give 'em a little football
