Default Help, added too much salt!!

I was adding chicken bouillon to a casserole and for some reason I must have doubled or trippled the amount. It is so salty we won't be able to eat it. Do you know a way to remove some of the salt? I have added another can of chicken soup and some more milk, but it is still too salty. Any suggestions?
