Yea!! My Dr scale and my scale show I am down about 3 lbs so far this month. I hope I can keep that and add even more loss to it.
It will be hard. My birthday is the 20 and Jim's is the 22. Already we've had some birthday cake made for us! I did eat a piece but it was a small one.
Need to be good and lose this weight!!!!
