When our Aldi store had 8 oz. tubs of mushrooms for 69 cents each, I dehydrated sliced mushrooms. I think I ran the dehydrator for about 10 hours. Lots of mushrooms make a container of about 2 cups! Amazing how much they shrink. Used later in soup, gravy and soaked in water or oil and put on pizza.
