Here are a few. Put "quilt fabric by the bolt" in your search box and you will find many places that sell fabric that way.

Actually, I'd think any place that sells fabric would sell a bolt. Sometimes you can find whole bolts on the shelf---------specially things like backings and solids.

IF ALL ELSE FAILS------buy whatever is left on a pretty full bolt. Hopefully with a coupon.
