Was about to post about my negative experience with one of the stores in the Fab Shop Hop. I checked their site one last time and found that they had a toll-free number so I called them. After they didn't respond to my three emails, I thought they were ignoring my $10 coupon. However, now they say that they contacted me (maybe got a wrong number?) and thought I knew that they were reordering the fabric. So I'll hold off for now. Sometimes when things go wrong it's just a matter of poor communication!
