OH Yes, I am having to learn how to "decontaminate" the kitchen while at the same time cooking with gluten products. My dd has Celiac Disease and is very allergic to Soy so it's not too hard for us just that now we have to be gluten free all the time instead of 3x's a year.
I, like Terri, will take $$$ in place of food
It's calorie free, gluten free and guilt free
