I dry lots of things. If you search the net you will find lots of info. I plan on trying to powder some of my dry veges and trying them into crackers and breads and muffins. I have a good food sealer and after my produce is dry and cool I seal them well until i need them. Oh by the way bugs can get into dried foods too. I freeze my dry foods for 3 days after sealing them. That will kill any possible inscects. I love my dryer!!
