I want a pretty 128 hand crank one of these days but for using it I'd probably go with a round bobbin Singer - I've seen some 99's around and I've seen listings for 66, 15 and 201 hand crank models. Actually, for use I'd probably just get a beat up 99, 66 or 15 and do the conversion unless I stumbled on an original.

Our only hand crank is a much older Frister & Rossmann vibrating shuttle and it wasn't expensive ($40+) but it's not really ready to use and I'm sure parts are a lot harder to find than for the 66/99/15/201 machines.
