Im not sure of the size, but the center looks like the template you have to cut a double wedding ring quilt. I made a double wedding ring quilt and am working on another top which I just about have finished the top. It is shaped just like it.
I would get that double wedding ring template to finish it. I got mine at amazon but it is unavailable now but here is another one.
