Just snip the seam at each intersection and repress to the other side. That's what every instructor I have taken a class from has said do when this happens.
This would be my very last option - because I think the construction is weakened at the snipped point.
IF I would do that, I would snip at slightly different points along the seam line so that the weakened spots are staggered.
