I have two chairs. One is probably the same office chair everyone has. Good lumbar support, no arms, adjustable height. The second has lumbar support, adjustable height, but with arms and I love that one. It's the one I use all the time. I don't know why, but I love having the arms to rest my arms on. It makes a big difference to me.
