Default Another one finished!

This one went pretty quickly because it was just the two fabrics, front and back, and the border fabric, but will never use fusible batting again for a quilt, other than wall quilt, place mats and other small projects. It was awful to work with. Now that it's been washed it's much better, but was difficult to maneuver because of the stiffness caused by the embedded glue. I'd bought several bags of that stuff on sale last week and took them back and exchanged them for the warm and natural. I really prefer that and will stick with it from now on, along with the 505 spray glue.

Anyway, the quilt measures 48 X 60 and is for DGD # 3. I FMQ inside the edges all of the larger flowers and sort of swirled between them to get from one to another. This is my second FMQ try, and it does get easier as I go, but think it's easier to just do it without trying to follow a pattern at this point. The next one I do will probably be a large stipple.
Two more DGD's to go and two more DGS's to go. I WILL get these all done by Christmas...I WILL! I WILL! lol
