My views on another swap like that IF it comes to happen :

I agree with Wighrose that a red flag should be implemented.
6 months to make this quilt was a plenty of time: it was possible to finish it in advance or take months to complete it or even leave it aside for months and yet mail it by June 1.
There´s always the possibilty of sending a drop out notice.
Some people sign in swaps without evaluating the work/costs involved , loose interest or
do not take commitments seriosly, they do not take into consideration someone else is working on something for them. No excuses for the missing ones.

I was told the quilt is ready for weeks now depending on someone take it to the P.O. for my partner.
She signed in another swap here in August and is up to date sending her blocks off. I wonder she
mails them from the P.O Google search indicates to be 0.9mi SO of her.
