My Kentucky Trip-Some great Barn Quilts!
We had planned a trip north and the weatherman said rainy and cool, so headed south instead. We went to the Appalacians in Eastern Kentucky. Went along the Ohio river to historical areas and also the Daniel Boone National Forest area. One thing that stood out to me was the kind and considerate people who were so courteous and helpful! Even the young boys we ask for some directions! A good experience and one to remember. We saw lots of barn quilts and I thought I'd share a few of them. We stayed in a Bed and Breakfast which had some old quilts on the walls and some of the beds.
