Golly - I have two quilts that are 20 years old that are our couch quilts - translation - used a lot - sewn on a Pfaff 1471 - using C&C cotton covered Dual Duty thread - there are NO popped seams, NO cut threads/frayed areas on the seam lines caused by the thread - I don't recall any major linting from the THREAD - some fabrics I've used shed a lot of lint.
I have no experience with any machines newer than my Pfaff 1471 - so don't know how picky they are.
So - if any one wants to give away their cotton covered C&C dual duty thread - I would be delighted to pay the postage to get it here!
