Thanks, I can read them just fine. From what I can see that is a different style of instructions than mine came with.

I dug one of my two out and here is what it says:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING
SINGER*
AUTOMATIC ZIGZAGGER
No. 160985 for Singer* Machines of Classes 15, 201, 221 and 1200
and
No. 160986 on Machines of Class 301

The instruction book is date coded 155 or January 1955.


OK, my ZZ attachments are both a 160985 units.

My second instruction booklet has different part numbers on it, but says they work with the same machines.
It's date coded 1257 or December 1957. Internally they are the same.

So, I guess I'll give them a try on my 201 and perhaps the 221 and see what happens.
