irishrose (how pretty) - Squaring each block and starching? Should I?
Will the starch leave a residue on my ironing board? I've used "fabulon" from an atomiser. It delivers blotches, so I iron them in. Is this the right method?

Maybe that's the problem - (?) I just did a cotton test on the floral fabric and found it's poly cotton. Material bought many years ago to make "cafe curtains" from. I thought it was so appropriate for my design, I just went ahead and created my first project. Maybe I should stick to cottons.
