I usually size up my blocks each step of the way. I agree with ArtsyOne, that being off just 1/32 eventually accumulates enough of a difference that it can throw your entire quilt off. That extra time spent in the beginning saves a lot of grief in the end. Love your fabric choice and layout. Thanks for sharing.
