i recently started using myfitnesspal.com. i have lost 7 pounds. i am not an exerciser and never will be, so my only other choice is to watch what i'm eating. i like that the site tracks your calories for the day and holds me accountable for everything i put in my mouth. i use smaller plates and take much smaller bits. i have 1 or 2 sweets a day, but savor every morsel of it.
