It's very frustrating when I go to a site like SparkPeople and read about all the things I should be doing to lose weight, and I am ALREADY doing them all. No sodas, candy, ice cream, junk foods, fried foods, don't eat out, eat very little meat, mostly whole grains, fruits, vegs, drink water with meals. I eat a good breakfast and lunch and very light supper around 4pm. No snacking at night, I am hungry when I go to bed. And yet it is a struggle to lose weight. I did lose 10 pounds from walking but have plateau'd.

I have the utmost sympathy for people who are struggling with their weight, it is HARD WORK.
