I try to eat healthy 90% of the time and allow myself 10% to eat the things I love. Try cutting back on portion sizes, adding a few more healthy foods and get some more exercise (just move more - you don't need to join a gym). Make the changes slowly over time and you are more likely to stick with them. Most of all, be patient. The weight did not come on over night so it isn't going to leave over night. Good luck!!
