I walk with my dog 2 miles each morning. Have stopped eating chocolate really love chocolate - except for very special occasion. I cut my portions in half and often don't eat at night....I really think about if I am hungry or just bored or just think it is time to eat. If I only eat when I am truly hungry, I eat a LOT less. It's amazing how often, your brain is just looking for something to keep the mouth busy! I lost 30 pounds in a month (granted it was a very stressful month and I really had no appetite) but I'm keeping it off and working on the next 30 pounds.
