I agree with Stitchnripper... eat less, move more. It's all about portion control and exercise. It's an eye opener when you actually measure your portions and see what the correct portion size should be. I also like Leslie Sansonne's Walk Away the Pounds and have had success with her DVDs. It's something you can do in your home at whatever time works for you. The DVDs range from 30-45 minutes. I've lost a lot of weight on WeightWatchers which basically is just eating healthy... a lot of fruits and veggies and lean meats.
