I have that one and LetterWorks. Before I give an opinion let me say that I am a complete novice when it comes to embroidery but I did find LabelWorks a little restricting. I then bought LetterWorks and found it was much easier to use and more freedom with letter spacing, sizing, etc. Of course LetterWorks costs more...
