I just contacted the seller and she indicates there is an issue with 'backstitching'. from the pics it sure seems to be in great shape including the cabinet.
Meanwhile, I may have made a very stupid mistake. I found a Singer 15, still had tags on it, itchy fingers overtook my brain, placed bid, then did research, discovered it is probably a 15NL. I'm going to stay away from bidding sites until I do more reading here.
