Busy this summer making baby quilts for two special babys. Both are machine appliqued with design packs from Designs by JuJu (not associated with company, but I like their applique designs). The first is a "sock monkey" quilt for the great grandbaby of my "2nd Mom" and the second is a "woodland owl" quilt for my grandson's new cousin. The woodland quilt was inspired by a pattern by

and is called "Life's a Hoot" - she has a wonderful array of designs.
