You found the designer. It's Cheryl Phillips at Phillipsfiberart.com Fascinating patterns and if you are on her e-mail list, she has free ones occasionally. I think the free 12 degree table toppers are on the website. Spicy Spirals are addicting. You will get your money's worth out of the ruler - I paid $20 for my ruler and pattern together from her as a Christmas special 2 years ago. I think it shipped free, too.
edit: I just went back and looked up that bing site. It's a little surprising to see your items on the web without knowing they are there. I realize as soon as a picture is posted, it's no longer my private picture, but I really don't like my granddaughters pictures on the back of my son's quilt on there. Grab my quilts and table runners if you want, but not my family's images.
