Great big thanks to all who were so gracious and helpful with this thread. I googled tutorials on needle turn applique techiques and came upon the one with the "cheater" method of needleturn. It uses the non adhesive interfacing instead of the adhesive type that I had been using. I'll be out and about tomorrow (dr's appt) so will stop in at the LQS to get a supply so I can get started with my letters. This board is the greatest!
