I see so many threads about Batiks bleeding when washed. I have Never had a Batik bleed, I made a King Size quilt as a wedding gift and the colors ranged from Teal to Deep Pink and it never bled. Maybe I'm lucky but so far so good and I've given away tons of Batik quilts. Maybe I'll have to buy a bottle of Retaine
