Will you be machine quilting or hand? I've never quilted fleece but I HAVE flannel and it quilts beautifully. I use Warm and Natural cotton as wadding for bed quilts. It's, well, warm and natural! But I also find it the most stable of the cotton waddings I've tried. :D I'm currently hand quilting a bed quilt with wool wadding and it's really lovely to quilt - the effect is really fluffy but still light. It wasn't cheap though - I saw it onsale in Holland for 65 euros queensize, so I ordered online from the UK, I think it was around 40 euros. :D But of course it comes in smaller sizes. It was Hobbs.
