Are you using a Mac or a PC? If you are in Windows, you can go to START down in the extreme lower left corner.
Click START
Click CONTROL PANEL over on the right side of the window that comes up.
Click INTERNET OPTIONS
click BROWSING HISTORY
Click DELETE
Check the top 4 boxes of the window that comes up.....Preserve Favorites Web sites, Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History,
then click DELETE.
Wait til done, then close out the windows.
