Seriously, I sew because it is fun. I make a quilt and throw it on the pile. If someone wants one, OK. If not, the pile isn't hurting anything.
Your words seem to have rung true for many of us, me included. I have more fun making a quilt for the pile than for someone I know. No pressure, no expectations, no time constraints. Just fun, doing exactly what I want to do.
