If you find in the manual the page about how to thread it...it is a little difficult at first, but it has a threader right next to the needle. LOVE that feature. Couldn't do without it now. LOL I went to take the class on how to care for it and use some of the features on it and learned sooo much. If you have this option available to you, please take advantage of it. It is well worth the time to go. Congrats on your machine. I hope that you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
