Yes, unfortunately, most of my fabric is purchased because I like it, not because I have a plan for it.
It was very sad. Due to remodeling, I had to bring ALL but one box of fabric to my storage unit. I have too much fabric.
My sewing space is moved temporarily to my bedroom now, so space is really tight. I really, really need to use up/sell/give away at least half my collection of fabric in the next year. In the meantime, for the winter, at least, I will just be doing the 'kits' that I have already assembled. In the Spring, I'll take out all my fabric and really take a hard look at what I will use and what I won't use. I've had several requests for lap sized quilts (design my choice), but then they always want flannel backing (which I have to buy).
