A couple of other things about Seam Fix: if it gets too much lint from the fibers on it and doesn't seem to pick up loose threads any longer, rinse it off and also, if you use the end with the point on it...or as my students call it the 'boob' looking end; if you had to rip and your fabric has a needle hole that seems large, hold your fabric in place by setting your fingers on each side of the hole, take the nipple looking part of the Seam Fix, and using a circular motion rub the fabric. It helps to push the threads back in place. You won't completely make the hole disappear, but it will be much less noticeable.
