Reminds me of one time I put on a large crock of veggie soup which was mostly destined for the freezer.
So I thought, why not let it cook overnight.

I woke in the middle of the night ... severely nauseous!
... thanks to the cabbage aroma that had filled my home.

Learned that lesson ............. and it took a long time before I could handle making it, even during the daytime.

Ironically, the sweetness of the cooked cabbage is what I love in that soup ... though the middle of the night aroma was not a good mix!
