Some companies (Disney/Harley Davidson/others) have staff lawyers and will take you to court in a NJ minute--and win their case--costing you $10,000. or more and a jail sentence if you sell duplicates of their designs. Disney does not even allow you to sell items with their designs. They are strictly for personal use. Many digitizers state fully in their copyright warnings that you cannot sell or give away their creations. Tough, but it is their talent and their time that makes the designs and software available to us. I'd certainly do some research before I ended up in a hoosegow!
