Here is a free pattern to get the ideas flowing.
I think a bathrobe is a great idea. It could be quilted or made of fleece. I suppose if someone is really cold natured you could use cotton and line it with fleece.
The fabric combinations would be endless and there would be something out there for everyone from babies to grandpas.
